Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Access

Participants agree to participation and compliance with the Club's Rules of Conduct and Behaviour set out upon joining.

• Memberships (3, 4, 6, and 12-month passes) are sold as access passes, not usage-based products.

• They form the basis of our active membership numbers and cannot be altered mid-term except as outlined below.

2. Rolling Memberships

• Monthly memberships automatically roll on after the initial 3 consecutive months*, unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4 below.

3. Cancellation Policy

• OUTSIDE OF THE INITIAL Monthly memberships TERMS* , Monthly MEMBERSHIPS can only be successfully PAUSED, AMMENDED, OR cancelled by submitting a written request to the administrator only :

• Via the PTMinder messenger platform, or

• By email: hello@combatsolutions.co.uk.

• Social media messages, direct messages (DMs), WhatsApp, or personal texts to instructors are not valid cancellation channels.

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required prior to the next billing date for cancellations to take effect.

4. Membership Pauses

Memberships may be paused as follows:

• Monthly Memberships* → up to 1 Month total pause allowed. resumes automatically.

• 3-month pass → up to 3 weeks total pause allowed.

• 6-month pass → up to 1 month total pause allowed.

• 12-month pass → up to 6 weeks total pause allowed.

 

• Pauses must be requested in writing (see Section 3) and cannot exceed the allowances above. Memberships cannot be paused indefinitely.

5. Cooling-Off Period

• All memberships include a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

• During this period, cancellations may be made in writing to the administrator, and a full refund will be issued providing no classes have been attended. Usage in that time will be deducted from the amount refunded as per Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) 2013.

• After this period, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

• Combat Solutions does not provide refunds outside of the 14-day cooling-off period.

• However life does have a way. If you are experiencing genuine exceptional circumstances, you may contact the administrator in writing to discuss possible support or advice regarding membership.

• Any discretion shown in such cases will not create a precedent or ongoing entitlement.
