We offer high energy, kickboxing and combat-inspired fitness classes in Edinburgh city centre. We also provide private street self defence classes for women for groups upon request. Contact us now for details.
Classes are very suitable for beginners (although experienced people are welcome too). There’s no contact necessary within the classes and it’s an incredibly safe and fun environment to learn.
Any fitness level is welcome and although you are encouraged, everything within class is optional. Through these high intensity kickboxing and combat-inspired fitness classes you’ll find you get very fit very quickly and we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness-related goals. These classes are the perfect complement/replacement to the gym!
We pride ourselves on our welcoming and friendly atmosphere in class. There are also regular social events and the option to socialise after each class which help create a great atmosphere to train in.
